Presented by Glen Freiband, LMHC Many of us acknowledge the centrality of love in our lives and our work. We may be shy of uncertain of what this experience truly is or means even as we enshrine or even reify it. This talk is an opportunity to explore our experience of love, its many facets, and its role as transformative agency. In addition, the entwinement of love with the paradoxes of ‘Peek-a-boo” (to see or not be seen) and finitude (to be or not to be) will be enfolded in stories of this therapist’s work CEs available for LMHC and LICSW
Glen Freiband is a NECET member (he loves it here). He is a therapist in agency practice with South Bay Mental Health in Plymouth, and cares for a small private practice in Plymouth as well. Glen’s training began early - his mother was an artist, father a psychologist, and his brothers teased him well. His education continues to this day, via many fellow humans, animals, and not least, his very instructive clients. Glen has had a passionate love affair with Lesley University which culminated in his MA in Counseling Psychology.
